CD drive wont open HELP!!!?

I was trying to upgrade my windows vista home premium to windows 7 and when i had to restart my comp to start the install i was prompted to put my win. 7 cd in but i wasn't able to open my cd drive. Ive tried the paperclip solution to and it doesn't work. So im basically stuck at that screen whenever i turn my comp on :( please help
