Will dirt 3 work in my comp..?

It will probably run but you will have to turn the graphics down. If you have the opportunity to upgrade any one component, I would suggest more ram for the biggest improvement for the money. Your processor is fine and your graphics card is decent enough to run on medium probably if you have 4 gigs of ram.
