I'm worried about getting into a university?

Yes, if you do well in grade 11 and 12, universities might like the improvement, and they'll consider you :) They concentrate more on your grade 11 and 12 grades. I'm in the same boat as you! Just finished sophomore year, and I'm not doing the best I could've done. I also did track :)
