Why won't my comp load Runescape correctly?

I'm using Google Chrome and have download Java, yet whenever the login screen comes up, random parts (rectangles or squares) of the image are missing and sometimes replaced by funky colored bits. O.o I believe I've tried it in Firefox as well, but the result was the same. Ideas?
