I'm a sales consultant for a medical scheme in South Africa. I travel all day to meet clients and am only compensated if one joins the scheme. My company does not compensate me for travel. I receive no other salary, but for what I sell. I am permanently employed. Is my company not supposed to provide a travel allowance or car allowance?
