Minecraftforfree.com change skins minecraft help?

i want to apply mods and skins to minecraft too bad my comp doesnt work and im using a friends cant download minecraft or other skins so my question is im using minecraftforfree.com and i want mods and skins but idk if you can apply them there yes or no help plz
