Sims 3 Ps3 Headstone?

How come on the sims 3 for the ps3 when my sim dies i don't get any gravestone or ashes. I get nothing. My sim then turns into a ghost (playable) and you decided whether you want to play the ghost or if the sim goes to the netherworld. I checked everywhere for it. Its not in the cemetery or the cemetery mausoleum like everyone says; There is no "manage dead" option either. I HAVE CHECKED ALL THE INVENTORIES. Does anybody have a clue to where it is or is there one?
